About

Mission

To create transformative spaces where individuals can explore their relationship to themselves, others, and life. Through men’s circles, conscious relationship training for men and women, and in-depth personal coaching with shadow work, Richy guides people in integrating all parts of themselves, healing past wounds and stepping into their full power.

Vision

A world where men and women live with deep self-awareness, emotional mastery, and authentic connection. Conscious Colombia envisions a culture where healing, growth, and integrity become the foundation for stronger individuals, healthier relationships, and thriving communities.

Core Values

Authenticity – We encourage real, unfiltered self-expression, free from pretense. True growth starts with honesty.

Integration – Every part of you—light and shadow, strength and vulnerability—has value. We guide you in embracing and integrating all aspects of yourself.

Courage – Stepping into personal growth requires bravery. We provide the support and challenge necessary for meaningful transformation.

Connection – Growth happens in community. We foster spaces where men and women can deeply connect, support one another, and hold each other accountable.

Healing & Responsibility – True change starts with taking ownership of our stories, wounds, and actions. We believe in healing as a path to greater freedom and leadership.

Purpose-Driven Growth – Life is about more than just surviving; it's about thriving with clarity, passion, and a sense of purpose.

More About Richy

Richy led a men's group in Vancouver, Canada, from 2016 to 2022, supporting men as they transformed their relationships to themselves, others, and life. During this time, he mentored emerging leaders—one of whom now runs the group. He also founded Sacred Band, a men's group for gay, bi, and bicurious men, creating a space where men can experience growth, connection, and self-acceptance. Richy’s other men’s groups are inclusive of all men, regardless of sexual orientation. Additionally, Conscious Relationship Training and his 1-on-1 coaching are open to both men and women seeking to explore their relationships to themselves, to others and to life.

As a passionate advocate for healing, Richy is currently writing a book on healing the father wound, a transformative journey that blends personal stories and healing practices to support men in their growth. This book is a natural extension of his mission to guide individuals toward healing and wholeness.

After university, Richy worked as a computer programmer on Wall Street but quickly rejected the pursuit of financial success in favor of a career in impactful journalism. His work as an investigative reporter, technology writer, and consumer columnist allowed him to expose societal inequalities, contribute to coverage of the September 11 attacks, and advocate for consumer rights.

Richy’s passion for advocacy was sparked when, as a student councillor at university, he launched Disabilities Awareness Day in response to a student's struggles with wheelchair accessibility on campus. He has since served on the advisory board of the National Center for Disability and Journalism, helping journalists cover disability issues with greater sensitivity and awareness.

As a lifestyle entrepreneur, Richy is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. This led him to create The PointsBooster® Method, an innovative SAT prep strategy that has helped countless students improve their scores. Richy’s own journey with standardized testing included achieving a perfect score in reading and writing on the SAT—and getting banned by the test-maker from taking the test.

Today, Richy continues his journey of personal growth and development, working with individuals and groups to foster deeper connections, self-acceptance, and healing. His work is a reflection of his ongoing commitment to pursuing his true callings and supporting others on their own paths of transformation.
